Chick-fil-A - Mauldin

Chick-fil-A has phenomenal customer service they get your order in on time and they get you through the line. You do not have to wait at all through the drive-through. I appreciate the quality of service and the compassionate nature that I see in all whowork at the Travelers Rest location and the Greenville Location.

This place has been really good. When I see most complaints about this location, they all start with normally this place is great. The food is great, the customer service is generally really good, and the facility is clean. I will say that I believethat they would have fewer complaints if they did slow it down just a little and focus on the orders. Overall though, greatplace

Great team and service! My son has to be gluten-free, so he can only have the grilled nugs. When we got home and saw that he got fried instead of grilled, of course called the store and talked to Christina, she was apologetic and quick to correct the order.When I went to pick up the correct order, they went above and beyond to make it right and give great service?Thank You!!!

Just got my delivery order.. I expect more from CFA. Also, the fries taste as if there is no salt.

Fantastic and fast drive through service especially during lunch hour with limited time. The staff have always been super friendly and order is correct every time?. Like I trust y?all so much with my order I just drive away cause I know the saucequantity is in there, and the meal the other day was fresh off the press amazing!
