I ordered with Just Eat....... After I waited over half an hour after the confirmed time, I called and was told that the rider could not find the B&B in which I was a guest (a good 6 minutes away . car . I borrow a car and go myself..... I arrive and wait for the rider to return...... (should I add anything??? . I expect at least that the sandwich will be re-prepared for me so that it is hot... But the manager refuses and I take away the one prepared more than an hour before. I taste it to see if it's edible..... well luckily they didn't deliver it to me in time...... I ordered from it often, each time telling myself: okay, let's give it another chance. Orders, whether takeout or delivery, cold, and when they weren't cold... the chicken in the nuggets and popcorn was RAW. What prompted me to write this review, yet another ruined evening. I order 3 kebab wraps and two popcorn menus, all paid via app, the order arrives almost an hour after the set time. All cold (so who knows how long the stuff has been sitting abandoned)... And there's only one popcorn menu when I paid for two. They don't answer the phone even by mistake (and when they answer there is half a person who understands Italian) and I have to eat dinner with nothing. Never again, and I hope they lose more and more customers if this is the quality that keeps getting worse... Although I doubt it given the level of customers who hang out there.
