Domino's Pizza - Mascoutah

It was half an hour before closing and they refused to place an order??

Had to wait, know this happens, but there it happens all the time.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes after already waiting an hour after ordering one pizza! The guy at the window said it was in the oven so we waited again another 15 minutes. I finally had to just go inside just to find out our order was lost and they just ignored us in the drive through! I have yet to have a good experience here and I’m done trying.

Idk what has been going on with this place but the last few times I've ordered have been horrible. The time before my pizza was dough and cheese nothing else. This time I placed my delivery order at 5:40 and it's 9:45pm. Still haven't received my food. I've called several times an only got through once an they told me my food would be on the way in 4 mins. That was a hour ago. This is beyond frustrating as I work night shift an ordered this for my child so I can sleep for work.
