The waiters and waitresses try, but I've been there and out of the past four times three of those times they've gotten my food wrong, and I didn't get my replacement food or when I did get it it was when everybody was ready to leave after over an hour I'm waiting for it

Food did not come out how we ordered it and took forever to come out and was not how when we did get it

The food was great but after waiting more than 30 minutes to get it. There was several (5) “kids” just standing around doing nothing and a now hiring sign out front. A 10 minute wait with at least 10 empty tables. I'm not sure what the problem was but I think a new manager might be needed.

Ordered the queso with steak and chips. Don't trust the picture on the menu. I got more cheese than expected BUT the steak on top looked nothing like the picture. While tasty, was just trims from other steaks and not pieces like on the salad. Chips were bland, just starting to go stale.
