Asked for fresh bun and burger off the grill. Watched them prepare the burger and once handed to me told them it was not what I asked for. She said it was... she was then told I watched the cook grab a bun from a stack that clearly has just been sitting out all day and the burger was NOT off the grill (fresh). The cook overheard the conversation and went to redo the burger. Also the tables and floors in the establishment were not clean.

Whether in English OR Spanish, profanity in the workplace is very unprofessional. There were children in the restaurant at the time.
