The Fix Burger - Marlborough

My burger was on the little dry side. Other than that everything was good. I liked how they packaged the burger and fries for take out.

The only reason it got four stars instead of 5 is because the place needs some love. The front bluestone treads are absolutely falling apart and they have 2x4’s holding them up. The floor was a little dirty and we had flies dive bombing us the whole time. Having said all of that the food was phenomenal. They have so many different ways that you can customize your burgers with all different types of meet and every topping/ sauce that you can think of. I had a classic cheese burger and fries. Everything was hot and fresh, the fries were perfect. If you do not indulge in one of their milkshakes I feel sorry for you. I had the Oreo milkshake and it was magical. The service was fantastic they dont hound you but they also dont disappear for 20 minutes either. They are on top of their game. I didn’t sit at the bar but there drink list and beer on tap is very impressive.There is plenty of parking as well. Overall worth it. ENJOY ?

The food ...I'm not even sure I can articulate how awful it was. It seemed impossible that a burger place could make the burgers we were served. I was hoping to experience a great burger ..I had been wanting to check this place out for a while and then ....I was served a burger that didn't have any moisture left in it....the cheese was burnt black all around the edges. It was inedible. I'm hoping this was an isolated incident.The waitress and the manager were wonderful and handled the situation wonderfully. I wasn't expecting what the manager did... which was to not charge us at all. I may go back again because I can't be left to believe that is what they serve all the time.I'll let you know what I think after I go back...they can't possibly serve bad burgers frequently.

Early dinner with my adult son taking me out, the restaurant is spotless, all of the staff were polite and smiling. Our drinks came out fresh and cold and our food was hot and delicious. The price point was excellent, quality of service, food and drinks were outstanding.Highly Recommend!

Good all in all, but I asked for tea, and they gave me boiling water in a glass smaller than my finger and a tea bag. Like, could they not just put it in? I may be being a bit dramatic tho.But they had a live band and nice waiters.
