Marlborough CT manager needs a lesson in manners. Very rude to customers.

I love the doughnuts, the coffee, the iced coffee but I don't like the worst mistake DD has made, taking away my favorite summer drink the coffee coolatta. Why did you do this?? Everyone wants to know why.

Went during a power outage. There were big lines so I understand a longer waiting time, and so we waited patiently. After more than 3 orders being completed for customers behind us in line, an employee asked us what we were waiting for; I handed her our receipt and she left to go make them. We watched her pour a cup of cold brew that had been sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes into my dads coffee when he didnt order cold brew. All the sizes were wrong and all the orders were made incorrectly, and to top it off, there were no labels on any of the drinks. Employees don't seem good under pressure and I would avoid going here if the line seems long.
