Bidrage med feedbackI visited the restaurant around 4 PM and encountered a staff member who appeared to be Southeast Asian. She seemed to be in a managerial role, but unfortunately, her customer service was quite rude. When I requested a small black coffee and a glazed pastry, she responded in an aggressive tone, asking, "What do you want?" That certainly isn't acceptable behavior for someone in a customer service position.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One time, I ordered 25 munchkins and the staff wouldn’t let me choose my preferred flavors. I thought maybe they were just busy, so I let it slide. Today, while I was waiting at the counter for my order, an Indian lady pointed out that I had left some trash (a straw wrapper) on the counter. Excuse me, that wasn’t even my trash, and it’s your responsibility to keep the counter clean. The lady didn’t apologize and just rolled her eyes instead. Seriously, what a low-quality establishment this is. I’ve been here over 20 times, but today was the last straw for me. I guess I’ll just have to drive a little further for my Starbucks.
I won't be returning to this location. The prices are too high, and it's not as clean as other Dunkin' locations nearby.
I went there around 4pm, The lady who work there she looked like South Eastern Asian, seems like she is manager or lead. She was rude in customer service process.She was responding with very aggressive and high voice when I asked for small black coffee and glazed. When I asked she replied “Whatttt you want?” In a rude way, thats definitely not a proper behavior for a customer service job
Went for breakfast on a Sunday. Ate in. Friendly staff and the space is clean enough to dine in.
