Ygo Juice Tea Lab - Markham

I know there are a ton of places where you could go and get a BBTea around this block of Markham, but why?This place has amazing service, great drinks, promos for regulars, and has parking. My cousins and I make it a habit to go grab BBTea from YGO because…well, why not?I like to support local businesses, especially business women, who make it their mantra to have good quality and good service. If they had a location closer to me, I’d go there all the time… but I do get a drink (or five) every time I go to Markham!!

The staff here is super friendly. I've been here multiple times, and their drinks are always good. Love that there are daily specials too.

They opened. I feel as if their staffing has changed and it shows, so I hope they get properly trained soon. I always order a Large Thai Milk Tea with Pannacotta from them. Not sure if its shrinkflation, or if they gave me the wrong size but the cup size is definitely smaller. Not too concerned about portioning, but I always order it without ice. This time though they forced me to essentially put at least 30%. All that aside, my biggest concern is that they completely left out my grass jelly. This is not Cocos mind you, they pride themselves in quality! Which is why I prefer them over any other highly franchised bubble tea shop…then they proceeded to lie to my face saying its blending in with the ice and I just can’t see it properly. On my way out he asks the barista who made my drink murmured something and I can see their worried looks. I asked again and they reassured that they did. They lied to me twice, really thinking I would believe them, I don’t like causing a scene so I leave. After checking again I called them, they admitted that they had forgotten, but by then we had already arrived at our next destination. Look, I really want to give them a five star review, but I truly do not want to see my favourite bubble tea shop to go down hill!

Place is small and neat inside a local community hub on the northeast corner of 16th and Kennedy. Lots of choices and nice photos of the items on the menu. No tables but a few benches. Can order online for the Markham location.
