Kfc - Marion County

Told KFC and this location that you can not order on-line because location does not show in the list. They do not seem to care to correct the problem.

Its only 11:05 and the employees are not serving us and refused to serve us. The work hours on Saturday says 12:00 am . The lights are on, and we pull up 3 times and they ignored us. I called their phone number and the employee hang up on me. we decided to knock on their window because they keep on avoiding us when we get close to the window.

This is the worst KFC in Ocala...every time I go here I always get old food. The customer service is great but the food overall is horrible. I’m a general manager and one of your priorities is to make sure you’re serving fresh food. It just seems like this place doesn’t care. I will not be returning!!!!

Drive up. Got 8 piece bucket but only had 1 piece of white meat.

My order is always wrong or missing items. They never have extra crispy. Food tends to be dry and hard.
