Restaurant discovered thanks to friends, en route to the Christmas market of Metz. The kitchen is excellent (fresh and cooked home) and the welcome is very nice...

Family tradition hostel Lorraine. The dishes are simple and of quality. Stairs, frog thighs and of course the calf head! Nothing's missing. Close your eyes.
