They lied when they said this place has the best wings. Their wings is big af and they currently have me on the toilet.. Let's not talk about the horrible customer service.. I asked for extra ranch and the guy never came back with my ranch until he wasdone running his mouth and seen my upset expression. I was done with my wings by then. Food was also cold had to ask them towarm up the food. And the worse part of it all is they over price their wings...Not a place I would recommend my worse enemy

The restaurant had a strong cigar odor, which was hard to ignore despite the good food. It was strange that they charged extra for sauces. The hamburgers were $15 each. The restaurant is connected to a cigar bar in the back.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but I use to love it. I guess the young lady in the cigar bar is gone, I think she was a manager. Whoever they had in there yesterday, lacks everything when it comes to Customer Service. She was the bartender,host, and waitress I guess. She had an attitude from the beginning and did not correct it. She didn't offer us water oranything. Dropped our food off and never returned. Spoke to the manager and she could care less as well. I WILL NEVER..

Don't waste your time and money here. I ordered the Philly sandwich, which was supposed to have onion, mushrooms, and peppers, but only onions were included. The restaurant had a strange smell and a gloomy atmosphere. Additionally, every time I gave my last name for my pickup order, the girl kept calling me Connor instead of Thomas. I rate this place 1 out of 5 stars. I suspect their kitchen is not clean, as I did not see anyone wearing hairnets. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant yesterday and when I got back to my car, I noticed that the fries were lukewarm and old. I called the restaurant and informed the woman who took my order about the issue, requesting a replacement of hot fries. She seemed to be more focused on figuring out why the fries were not hot rather than addressing my request. She even asked me to bring the old fries back, which I found to be unnecessary. I paid $16.75 for a cheeseburger and fries and expected to receive hot, fresh food. I have been disappointed with subpar food many times before, but I refuse to waste my money any longer.
