Great service, every time we eat here we get the best treatment as well as the best service from taty and all the other members. 10/10

I don't know why they say the food is great, I ordered a red bean moro, and what they served was a reheated one, Colombians are good at their food, but not in the Dominican, my wife ordered pork masita, and this one had several days after it was cooked, these reviews that I see, where they say that the food was excellent, in my opinion, they are paid people or relatives, I visited it again and ordered another Tipico dish and believe me, it is a fiasco and its prices are very high…. The only Dominican thing they have is the cover of the menu…. AND I AM DOMINICAN AND I AM A PROFESSIONAL COOK.

Terrible customer service. HORRIBLE and it doesn't matter who the waiter is because they don't know anything. Together with my companions we waited 1 hour 15 minutes for our drinks and food, while others who arrived 20 minutes after us were given their food first. Besides, I don't understand how the place is rented for a party at one time and there is no coordination or communication between the owner and the employees about the activities that will take place at the place. They are NOT prepared for activities with time since we finally ordered 2 sprites and 1 coke and the waitress took more than 20 minutes to bring those sodas to finally come and say that there were none and that she didn't know what other types of sodas they had available. They just gossip behind the counter instead of serving customers on time.

It used to be our favorite spot for take out Dominican food but lately we've been sadly disappointed. Hardly nothing in the sancocho a week ago and tonight the worse picadera ever!! The chicken and pork chunks stank like old rotten meat, little tiny pieces of salami and cheese and it's was super greasy. Im nauseous just rembering the smell of the meat. I guess I'm done with them. I don't know what's changed in the passed few months but CHANGE IT BACK!!
