The weather is cold and having a bowl of hot pho is like going to heaven. Food: 5

Had the short ribs and egg roll combo vermicelli. Good flavor and sauce on the ribs. Didn't care for the table sauce. Egg rolls were good, too, but varying temperatures. Also, I wasn't served a knife, so eating the ribs was a bit messy. Thai tea was good, perhaps premade? Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Glasses were dirty, and the food is low-quality and over-priced. I ordered the Pho soup, and the soup was disappointing. The noodles were fine, the beef was good. Service was slow but polite. Atmosphere is nice. I don't think I'll be coming back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Salt and pepper tofu is delicious- we love the pho and the broth is delicious. Service is attentive and cooks are super quick! Ambiance is nice and clean! Will be back next time in Maple Valley
