Starbucks - Maple Ridge

They're either closing early or the Google maps hours are wrong, but the attitude from the guy working inside was terrible and refused to open the window like I was some homeless person on foot after hours. I showed him the Google maps hours on my phone through the window, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Owner might want to check the ledger at this location.

Ordered my drink at 11:28, got there at 11:30, estimated time was for 11:37 did the mobile app cause it’s suppose to be faster. was sat waiting for over half an hour for 1 drink, they gave me the wrong drink and everyone that came in after me and ordered at the till got their drinks within 5 minutes. tried talking to someone but they were all too busy chatting amongst themselves. awful service.

Stopped in for a coffee, and to use the restroom. Great staff, very friendly and efficient, and very clean facilities. It was quite busy, and they were knocking the orders out. Awesome, as always.

The drive through is the absolute SLOWEST drive through I have EVER been to in my life!!!! I thought it would be faster than going in, but it literally took 15 minutes!!!!

The barista was so helpful. She suggested a drink a while back, with matcha and pureed strawberries which was so much better than the original version, and went out of her way again when we were in on May 5th. Truly a caring person. ?
