Country Skillets - Manteca

Country fried steak not large (7'x7' , but great flavor. Buttermilk biscuits delicious, just slightly too fluffy. Prefer a bit more density. Gravy is good, just not enough. Country potatoes are fried red potatoes-ok. Medium poached egg was over, but it would be the perfect hard boiled egg. Really enjoyed the country music (80's 90's , playing in the background and not too loud. Service was excellent.

I got the massive 3-egg California omelet, with a side of fresh tomatoes... and it was amazing! The tomatoes were a little ho-hum but were fine. The omelet was perfectly cooked, very flavorful, with the folded contents well balanced too. I highly recommend Country Skillets!

My family and I briefly became regulars at this lovely small establishment while we visited Great Wolf Lodge. We had pancakes, skillets, eggs Benedict, hamburgers and grilled cheese. All the food was delicious. I really enjoyed the official skillet. Loved all the staff. Thank you for being so kind to my boys and family.

Wait for an hour for mediocre food and wait staff is no help for my order and do not recommend this place

About 3 weeks ago this breakfast place tried and it was great. The engraving on the cookies needed only a little salt and pepper, but the cookies were great! Hasbrowns made perfection. The staff was so friendly!
