Buffalo Wild Wings - Mansfield

The cashier is very polite and the manager (I guess) is super friendly. Will dine in next time. Have been to many buffalo locations in different towns, this location has most friendly staffs.

Pleasantly surprised. I’ve had a like warm experience with B-Dubs Over the years. Been to several, in 4 different states. Tonight was the best experience to-date! Sever Kenzie was outstanding (and adorable). Order was perfect. Wings were the best I’ve had at a B-Dubs. Cooked exactly the way I like them. Mansfield will be my go to B-Dubs.

Pros: •The tater tots were so good! Their cheese curds were also delicious. •Our food came out really fast! •Their prices are very fair. •The atmosphere was superb. •It's kid-friendly. Cons: •I don't say this often but I did not like their wings. (The blazing hot ones were not very spicy for Carolina Reaper The Chipotle BBQ was meh at best).

We entered an EMPTY restaurant after driving for 5 hrs and were told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table. We went to the bar, waited 10 min for the bartender to come over. She begrudgingly gave us a menu and actively ignored us. We tried to flag her down but she didn't respond at all, even when she was within 3 ft of us. Eventually, we tracked down the hostess and told her we needed a table because we were being ignored. She looked confused but a waitress (Amanda) came by and seated us at a table. Amanda apologized for the bartender and hostess and was a great waitress. Amanda was very attentive and apologetic for her co-workers. If not for her, we would have left. The rest of the staff is completely incompetent and the ownership should seriously consider firing whoever is their manager.

Service has gotten very slow as of late. Not sure what the reasoning is but it never seems to be busy. Food today just wasn't good at all. Not sure why because this location used to be one of the best around Massachusetts. Service once seated is always good and they even make sure to put the game on for you if it isn't already on. I will definitely revisit I just hope the food is better.
