Carlos O'kelly's - Manhattan

New Improved. As of August 2012 this restaurant has been totally remodeled. They still carry out their Latino theme but have added menu items. I found the food was good particularly the soup and dessert. The staff was friendly and service was good. Much of the decor has changed and big screen tv's have been added. The Margarita Cheesecake was very good. Another new item worth trying was the Locos Tacos.

OK Mexican. Service is ok, food is ok. If you really want good mexican, go to El Tapatio's in either Manhattan or JC

We miss the Carlos O'Kelly's in Topeka, and when we realized there was one in Manhattan, we had to go! Very good!

Been here a couple times now, unfortunately not much before covid. The last time we went you could tell they were very short staffed. The greeter was luckily there when we walked in but shortly after sitting down 4 different families came in and the greeter was no where to be found. The food it good and im sure after these crazy times it will be better.

Waitress was great. Food was great. Drinks not such much. Sweetened ice tea was watery and not sweet.
