Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

This Red Robin gets 3 stars due to atmosphere being boring, service was fast but everyone seemed to not want to be at work. The food at this specific Red Robin was underwhelming as was also the drinks. This Red Robin in Manassas was great a few years back but has now slipped into a I never want to return status. And judging by the lack of customers seen, I 'm guessing that I am not the only one. This was the first time I only tipped the bare minimum of 15%.Please Fix It before it 's too late!

First time at this location of Red Robin. Great food with good service.Vegetarian options: Red Robin has a good option of subbing veggie patty for most burgers in the menu.

The food was good everyone had different burgers with sides. Food came out fast and was hot. Service was lacking even though we were there at a slow time the waiter never checked on us until the bill came.

I bring my partner to this place he never been before, i already tried burgers and they are really tasty.but this time was awful. They greet us at the entrance an give us a table and give us the menus but after more than 20 minutes nobody come to our table offering at least some water, another table that enter a few minutes before us was already receiving their meal the two waitress one man and the other one a young girl last night didn’t want to make eye contact i don’t know if the were busy, tired, or don’t care hopefully they were not racist that will be really sad.I was trying to be patience maybe they have other tables who knows i been in food industry as well so i get it. but i didn’t say anything and decide to leave never coming back again of course. the manager approached us on the way out but common he need to pay more attention

Update: I was given a full refund and contacted by the manager to address the situation. I've always been very satisfied with in-person dining at this location, and am happy that the customer service is extended to delivery experience.Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience tonight with a delivery. In person, I've had excellent food service. However, my order tonight sent regular fries instead of the garlic fries I ordered (and paid extra). Additionally, though I specified no tomatoes, they were present, so I cannot eat the sandwich since I am allergic. Now I'm going hungry tonight. Very disappointed.
