Nevados - MAMMOTH LAKES

The staff is so friendly! Kelly, our hostess came out and took our picture before dinner; Stanley, our waiter was the best! He was amazing with the timing of the food and so friendly and personal! The food here is delicious and the portions are incredible for the prices! Thank you for a wonderful culinary experience!

Has heard a lot about the long waiting times and is ready to fight for a table. Surprisingly, we sat on time and our appetizers quickly emerged. The Calamari was fantastic, but could use some more of the Aioli. Unfortunately, some of the ducks were painful average. The scallops were fantastic, but the rest of the plate was meh. The huge chip at the top needs a lot more salt. The potatoes were spoiled and could have really tasted. Maybe rosemary or goat cheese. The carrots felt from the whole dish and the salmon was tasteless. I don't really know what the purple stuff was. It was okay for everything it was. The green beans had a nice crispy to them and were refreshingly sweet and fresh. The file Mignon was AMAZING!!! Same words for the rest of the plate. The dessert was okay. It didn't really fit together. The mousse has nuts in it (I guess walnuts) that were not revealed in the menu. The cocoa powder looks pretty, but all makes a dry feeling in the mouth. Customer service was amazing. Blake was very friendly and was so on everything! We feel at home. Great place!

Delicious. Here is the Poke Tower first course and salmon with Scallops main course. A little look at my husband's delicious Cioppino. Chief Steve Mejia makes everything so good. Must stop every time we're in Mammoth.

I’ve been coming here forever. This place has more repeat customers than any other restaurant in Mammoth. What else needs to be said. Also, Janice and Rachael are best bartenders in Mammoth.

I love this place and the food and service is excellent. The staff always goes above and beyond with great recommendations. Please don’t listen to reviewers like Scott R and Jason Neugebauer as they think Del Taco is great Mexican Food and they also think PetSmart smells like pets. If you eat at Nevados and you aren’t happy with your meal, the management will do whatever is needed to make it right. This is an honest review and I hope you will give it a try.
