Tipaza - Malakoff

We have recently visited Tipaza as it had relatively good reviews but it was a total disappointment. Biggest problem was the food no salt, no pepper and NO herbs were used so everything was bland without any real taste. I was expecting a burst of flavours but it turned out that huge portions that they serve have no taste. Service was also not great but the food was biggest problem. Nothing to add, if you can avoid it unless you like to fill yourself with no taste meat and couscous

My business associates and I went back a second time. Food was very tasty and not overly spicy. I love couscous and theirs was the best I ever had. Loved their Lamb Kabobs.

We had the targin and the couscous. The portions were huge. Generally the beef and lamb tasted better. I like the spicy lamb sausage too. If you are a small eater it may be better to share. Prices are generally less than 20 euros per plat.

A delicious restaurant we have known for over 35 years. We organized a family lunch of 17 people and everyone enjoyed it. An excellent address the dishes are copied the service is smiling and efficient.
