Good German restaurant, good food, good service

It was an interesting incursion in local cuisine. The menus aren't very well translated in English and the waiters aren't speaking English well. I think I would return, but with a German who can explain to me the local cuisine specifics

High price local with good quality but travel for very good quality. the service was very friendly but sturdy. there are worse in mainz but also much better!

Good location and proper selection of German weeping, but not at the champagne. there was only one sort. it is called house of German weine, but a little more tingling shower would have been good. friendly staff, where one or other can look very grim. inside m.E. Retro ambience of the 50s/60s.The beeted salmon looked very good.
