First and last visit before, sadly, the Crown closes down and the team/family move on to bigger and possibly better things. Wherever they end up their food will be worth bing down, and the exceptional service will round out many wonderful meals

The food here is exceptional. I had a very hard time deciding what to have as there so many delicious things. Started with Falafel, coriander orange, followed by Black Angus beef. It was all amazing, the additional bread was superb and side of vegetables was cooked to perfection. Great wine attentive staff. A special place indeed.

Quite simply superb.The staff are are amazing the food is fantastic and the surroundings gorgeous a must visit for any food fan.

We heard such good reviews of this restaurant we went in with high expectations and even those were greatly surpassed. The Crown is a splendid old pub turned restaurant situated in a rural setting. Once you are inside you are made to feel truly welcome. Each of the 3 course we chose were beautifully presented and tasted amazing, there is an extra creative dimension in the texture and flavours that makes you wish you could come to dine here everyday. What stays in my mind is the delicious food, fine wine and genuine sincerity of the chef and his team to have you enjoy your dining experience at The Crown, Burchetts Green.
