Sifon - Madrid

At edge of Chueca on an attractive square.Small old intimate building with lots of character.Huge selection of wines sherries spirits and good beer. A must if you’re in the area.

This was what we were looking for: a glass of red wine and a plate of “jamon” and “queso” and perfect for a rather rainy and wet day. Sitting there around the beautiful square, great service and a good wine and amazing cold meats and cheeses…perfect end for our short break in Madrid.

Nice location for a couple of drinks away from the main road. Service to the outside tables was not very attentive but we were in no rush. Very cute interior.

Perfecto para tomar algo, descubrir vinos y cervezas, picar selectas latas o sus brutales boquerones con mojo. Servicio top!

Llegamos luego de una caminata por la ciudad a una pequeña plaza donde daba el sol. Nos sentamos en Sifón y probamos unos vinos por copa, ambos (2) muy ricos! La comida también nos sorprendió para bien!! El mozo ha sido más que amable y súper atento! Volveremos
