Chick-fil-a - Madison

I 'm not sure how they make chicken so delicious that I dream about it. I also crave their Sun Joy on a pretty regular basis. Great as a post-museum meet up spot.

Used to be my fav but after an entire large drink dumped in my seat for the SECOND time in less than 6 months bz the lid was not on all he way. I 've not really gone as much lately. Used to go every day. Update 10-13 Continues to get worse and some of theemployees are just downright rude. Spoke with a manager but, noting solved and she really seemed more annoyed than concerned.I left and chose to go to Bojangles across the road and as always, AMAZING! I 'm done with CFA again. Will be a loooonngg timebefore I go back to this or any CFA.

Pretty busy as always. We got to go and waited 10 mins after ordering not too bad they had all 4 of our orders right. They were trying to get us the best price so that's awesome! Food was good! That's all that matters right?!

I am a fan of Chick-fil-A for many years, always received a grand welcoming at the door with someone immediately asking may they help me. Well unfortunately this was not the case at this location, I was ignored for about 8 -10 minutes standing at the mobileorder area, with employees walking by me not even saying hello including the manager. This is not what I am accustomed tooChick-fil-A..3 stars due to hot and fresh hash rounds

The food and service was amazing and efficient. My only complaint for Chick-fil-A is that they have done away with my ability to buy a Large Shake. Why did you go to only a medium size shake?
