Walmart Supercenter - Mac Arthur

If I could put a negative star I would. This is the biggest hick town you could ever ask for all the employees wants to do everything, but their job. They won't even get off the cell phone. Long enough to ring out worthless, lazy, and disrespectful Walmart. You could ever ask for if you want 0 customer service, come here.

I use their online grocery shopping. I have had excellent service.

I recognize Walmart isn't known for its customer service. At the same time I was honestly taken aback today by the electronics department cashier. I knew exactly what I wanted, waited for him to be fully back from his break, and politely asked for his assistance. He was visibly bothered and rude to me and my mother. I just didn't appreciate it. The gentleman that helped me bring the TV to my truck load it was the exact opposite. Thank you for your help, Rob.

This store is huge and has so many different choices and brands than the others

Got my oil changed ,shopped in an out 30 mins ,garage staff was awesome
