Dunkin' - Mableton

Good. Luke warm coffee. Told you girl/woman my order at the speaker, she spoke to me like she was on a casual phone call and when I got to the window she asked me my order again as if I never told her.

Great little dunkin, staff is surprisingly kind for the area. Clean parking lot, staff greeted kindly. Was sad I wasn't offered a pup cup for my dog, will ask next time though. Watch out! Do not come in fast. The road infront has a serious hole in it,almost destroyed my car TBH seems it should be fixed asap but probably cobb County DOT which is notorious for being terrible atroad maintaining.

I came to this place this morning (11/12/20). they were very slow. When I came into the window, one lady took my orders. she couldn't hear me very well or something. instead of politely asking if I could speak up or she couldn't hear me. she said? I can't hear you're gone to talk? very rude and loud. at this point I just wanted to go. because you don't want to treat people like that. I told her. I wanted a caramel ice cream with extra caramel and 6 creams and 6 sugars. I guess she totally ignored me because she gave me 4 of everyone... when I got into the window, she was rude. Don't even look at me. I took my card. I didn't get it. they clearly had no customer service skills. I will not be back with this opportunity:

Shauna and tomorrow's team are great. they really do my tomorrow! they always have my order ready and in the hand. super friendly!

I just wanted to take some time out of my day to say every time that I visit this location the manager Which is a young lady, is always super sweet and greets with the smile. I can tell by the way her team looks up to her and respect her they make sure to get your orders in and out. She doesn?t stop until the customer is happy. Customer service at its finest. This is by far my favorite location.
