Bidrage med feedbackThe burger with the salad is a fine combination. The menu is 9.90€ and gets you a drink as well. It's a decent place with laid back atmosphere. Has tables outside and you can enjoy your big tasty smiling at the sun. Would go back any time!
We stopped here for an early dinner. The burgers were excellent and the sweet potato fries delicious! Portions were very generous and the price quite cheap. Accompanied by excellent and friendly service - a great dinner!
Nice laid-back place run by a couple of friendly young guys. Food is honest and tasty. Relaxed studenty vibe. On the negative side, portions were on the small side and we had to send a salad back as was limp and brown at the edges - be careful that the salad is fresh when sold, not only when bought. We would eat here again.
Usually you either find bagel places or hamburger joints. You rarely if ever find both rolled into one. This is the case with What's That Food. It is a simple unassuming place, niched in the student area on the Avenue des Frères Lumières. There is a cosy terrace out back to enjoy a quiet and peaceful meal as well as plenty of seating inside, which is not always the case with places such as these. The bagels are incredibly fresh as they are made on the spot each day and are just as big as a burger, so no worries about being scared to come away hungry. The burgers were also incredibly fresh and tasty and even the Chicken burger was one of the best I had ever tasted. The home-made country potatoes are also top-notch. Home-made cheesecake for dessert, a variety of imported American beers and a cheerful staff made this a wonderful discovery. If you are hesitating between burgers and bagels, then you know where you should go!
Stopped for lunch after looking up on trip advisor; what a fab little restaurant our french wasn't that good and there english was about the same but never the less we got some great bagels and sides with a brownie to die for. If you want a fresh different lunch then this is the place to come; crammed with locals getting lunch is always a good sign!
