I can't believe I haven't written a review for this wonderful restaurant for such a long time. Especially as I go there almost every week. The staff are extremely warm, friendly and professional. The chefs are gastronomic goddesses. I love the vibe, the scenery and...the decor, along with the food of course. I can't imagine *not* continuing to go there. Much of their produce is grown in their own garden which is also a great plus and super fresh. Everyone needs to take home a jar of Dottie's Apricot Jam. I'm not a jam fan but l love this. And just as a side note I've heard many people complain that they can't hear their dinner companions over the noise in venues. Well not here. Not sure how acoustics work but this is definitely not an issue here. Thank you so much for your continued great service. See you soon!
The restaurant was absolutely beautiful and the waiting personal friendly and professional. we ordered two llb for drinks to start and it was in the round only a cup bitter. they told us there was a waiting time, because there was only one cook, we got it. the complication bread and the butter and the eating came out really quickly and presented us nicely. To dinner my partner ordered the sirloin steak, it was $36 and came with only steak on the plate with a sperling of jus. the steak was well cooked, but the cut was not worth the money, as it was quite grislig. I ordered a smoked pork ragu tagliatelle. the pasta was chewy and the wut lacked taste, and tasted like watered tinted tomato. we have pommes and sweets on the side. the pommes were buoyed and no salt and the sweet looked out and tasted as if they had been cooked. it was quite disappointing as the location and the place were stunning. eating had the potential to be really good, but whether the one cook was iron or simply not interested. if a little more time had been taken to taste the ragu or sauté the veges, we would have had a really nice experience. sad to say that we will not visit again.
On Wednesday, 11805/2022. we selected the trust the chef meal at $75 per person and the $49 per person beverage package. this was an extraordinary experience from the first cursor to the last of seven chef selections. the use of products from local gardens and their gardens has been explained how each cure has been served. the personal was attentive and knowledgeable. we will visit again.
This restaurant is an amazing modernist building that they do not often see. the staff is very friendly and eating is excellent. the character of the building creates an amazing atmosphere. we are here in our third night in the opposite and it was. far the best. vegetarians are for a tasty bite
