The owners have made this aim for food and those who appreciate fine eating. cordial gratitude to them that fleur de sel on the culinary map of N.S.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious well balanced meals and a nice selection of delicious appetizers and snacks. interesting tasting menus with accompanying wines selected for each cure. the restaurant closes its doors after 13 October 2018. very sad to see them go. excellent restaurant running the years with good service throughout

We really wanted to try out fleur de sel when we heard they were closing. we have eaten the other restaurants that are loved by the same people! it was a fabulous experience with amazing eating service! our only complaint is that next weekend is when they no longer work. we will support the fish shack, the oyster bar, the shaker deli look forward to the try the beach pea! great work with everything they continue to offer qualitatiw high quality food with the fabulous service, we recommend all endevour that they would get into our family friends! prost. ♪
