Whataburger - Lufkin

The staff are so friendly and quick. It was lunch rush but they still connected with customers and had smiles on their faces. Refreshing to see people who work with the public take pride in their jobs.

On Oct8,2022 at 630 pm , I ordered a large coffee at the drive thru. A young Girl refused to give me 8 creamers as I wanted for large coffee. She said you need 8 creams for one coffee? Then She ignored my Husband trying to get her attention to tell herthat 4 is not enough. Then finally she came bk to window and told her co worker, they want 8 creams for one coffee. So thecoworker gave us 4 more. We paid $2.70 for the coffee and if I want to make my coffee taste the way I want it, then her job isnot to judge, it is to serve the Guest. We will not be going to this location again. We were treated with respect at a differentlocation the next morning. Also, We Sat in drive thru for coffee over 15 min. with only 2 cars in front of us.????

Yum! Oh, I missed something! No money was spared. We had to be happy because we don't know when we'll come back. You need to build shops in Colorado

Excellent service! Staff at this point are very attentive and polite! The food is always fresh and well prepared and the resturant is very clean!! This is my favorite Whataburger of the three locations we have in Lufkin. I drive the extra miles to eat at this point.

Great burgers and fries with friendly service. Tasty chicken burger on a whole wheat bun with generous portion of chicken, fresh lettuce, tomatoes and special sauce. They are open 24h and the service was friendly and efficient. Our burgers were made to order so there was a few minutes wait but it was sooooo worth it. Can't wait to go back!
