Kfc - Lufkin

It was like a restaurant. They were kind and I was in and out in good time. The food was good and fresh.

I haven't been here for months, but today for lunch at 12:30 and was very impressed by food, time and customer service!!! The woman who worked the drive through the window was also very friendly. Go on!

Dinner was delicious. They were out of cookies, but I couldn't complain

I was absolutely upset and disgusting about this KFC in Lufkin. Rude is not even the word I was sitting at the speaker for 18 minutes, I couldn't move because there were cars behind me and before me, and no one recognized me for almost 20 minutes when I got onto the window I spoke to the manager and told him how pathetic his crew was. When we got our food, the order was completely wrong, the chicken was raw the potatoes were terrible they were like water it was the worst experience of any KFC I've ever been, I'll never need to get back to this KFC you all to clean your restaurant you all need to get a few good customer service there and you all have to worry about what you feed your public

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered for delivery. Chicken sandwiches were old and cold. Received 4 containers of gravy, zero potatoes. Ordered diet Pepsi rec'd regular pepsi (can't have the sugar). First time ever eating at KFC since moving to Lufkin. Will never order again. Tried calling the location at least a dozen times and nobody answers the phone. With the prices you charge, shame on you for lousy customer service snd outright laziness with getting a simple order correct. Ridiculous. Delivery driver was the only positive part as very nice. Beyond disappointing and a waste of hard earned money
