I asked for sprit and got water and my burger is quite pink. will you kill me? also my eating was late at 30 minutes better mc donald’s I have ordered since my child is in my mother's womb and it's great until 2020 wwf goes with y’all all ur food is **** I can smell it so for all of u read this dont buy **** from mcdonald’s on level st go to the in dracut

I went with my three grandsons to buy some happy meals for them. We received friendly and very polite attention, but due to human error and also involuntary, the toys we had paid for did not come in the boxes. I contacted McDonald's customer service and received an unexpected response from the Director of Operations, Mr. Robert Broughton. he very personally he took the necessary measures to solve the small incident; very quickly and effectively receive the best response for me and my grandchildren.

How the hell you missed half my orders and started questioning me!?!? You took my money made these half azz prison nuggets?!!? The real criminal was the manager from last night! He was sooo damn slow! Wasted half hours of my time, when it's suppose to be a fast food chain! How tf you held onto my receipt and still came out with miss orders! Smdh not even a sorry or I'll be right back with your correct orders?!! Just walked away looking dumb AF! Who tf hired this fool?!! He'll do better scrubbing my toilets!

McDonald's can't even get the order right, and the kids who work there are very rude and they don't listen to anything. Try giving out napkins and straws we shouldn't have to beg for any ..... By the way I'm a chef and expert if any food place needs any help with Quality over Quantity I can fix it with my knowledge about how to make a customer happy when their ordering food. No one's food should be cold or burnt. A customer does not mind waiting on good food. Let's get back to the basics and remember what made McDonalds number one and a fan favorite. I know we're all short with employees, but we have to use what we have to keep the tradition going Ronald McDonald is watching. Thank you

There is a great variety of food at good prices. the service was really good. The decor was really nice. I liked the way one could order.
