Wendy's - Louisville

Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries and a baconator meal. After we got home with our food we realized that they screwed it up. They gave us 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with bacon, and a cheeseburger. We still got our fries and drinks. My sweet tea was very stale and tasted old.

It was delightfully empty and quiet, The food was good and waited on immediately

Bad service or using bad words lady and she Judge in country about the person June 12 time 1 am so high per so rude and so bad words

Don't go to this location. Go to the Freddy's or the Waffle House next door instead. The staff here are dishonest, unfriendly, and WILL mess up your order. Half the time I go here the employees aren't wearing their headsets or don't answer at the drive thru. They almost always mess up the order or the food's just bad. They fill up fries/drinks/frostees below appropriate levels. If you order a large fry, they add enough fries for a small. Have had multiple burgers with patties that had been sitting on a heatlamp or the grill for too long, and were basically jerky. Was hoping it would be a one-time thing, but these things are regular. *edit* Played the roulette again, asked for a plain baked potato. They charged me for extra extra cheese. I think they're doing it on purpose at this point. Legitimately have been here 12+ times, and I can handle a few negative experiences... but this location should probably close down if it's consistently this bad. If this is a corporate location, Wendy's would do well in selling the location. If this is a franchise, the owner is the problem.

Let me set the scene; Jtown, lunch time, Monday afternoon around 1pm, service was awful. The shift manager working that day was very hateful when we came in to pick up 4 mobile orders. We first noticed the attitude when we went through the drive-thru and were told we had to come in to pick up. Once inside, the guy behind the counter was confused as to why we were inside picking up our orders. When we explained why, the shift manager yelled out IVE GOT THEIR ORDER RIGHT HERE She said that so hatefully, I instantly got hot and wanted to be just as nasty to her, but I bit my tounge. I wish I got her name, but she was not wearing a name tag, and the cashier was afraid to give it to us. And to top it all off, two of our orders were either wrong or missed an item.
