Bidrage med feedbackI feel like this location never caught up when it first opened. Every time we have gone they have forgotten something, or missed something entirely. On top of that the wait times are a bit crazy, and your food will still be maybe lukewarm. I used to love having this place as a cheat meal on the weekend every so often, so I don’t go consistently. So to run into problems every time can become a turn off. Hopefully there can test their staff well and it can turn out ok.
If I could rate this location I would rate it a zero. I went this morning to get a burrito for my son and I. Ordered a number 5, easy hash, sausage and red Chile on the side. Only 1 burrito ordered. As you can see, my receipt does say this. But the burrito we got, burnt Hasbrowns, no beans, and bacon. This happens too often. We definitely won’t be going anymore.
I accidentally ordered from the wrong location being from out of town. The manager, Alexis was absolutely amazing and said she would take care of our order and no worries about it at all. She was grateful that we came to get some food from them. I am so appreciative and will definitely be back and sending people here.

Incredibly poor service. The restaurant was full of flies even though there was only one other person. Tables had dead flies on them. Our order took excessively long to come out. Then when it did come out, it was wrong. All Sodas were flat. The corrected order also took a long time to be brought out. No acknowledgement or apology by any employee.
