Southern Kitchen Los Gatos

I hadn't been here in years and just recently came and glad I did. Delicious breakfast. Great selection of entrees. Service was quick and friendly. They have lovely outside seating now. My only complaint would be the cornbread. It was dry and not flavorful.

The food here is amazing! We ordered the Strawberry Churro Waffles, Chicken Waffles, Banana Foster French Toast, and a Benedict. All were absolutely phenomenal! If you're in love with breakfast food you definitely want to stop by. The service was great too, everything was attended to and anticipated. We will definitely be headed back the next time we're in town.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and great menu to choose from. We came around lunch time and decided to try the brunch menu. We tried the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, a fresh biscuit and the chicken fried waffle. The chicken fried waffle is a twist on chicken and waffles and definitely not something you could whip up at home. It was unique and flavorful. I would recommend splitting this dish with some other people as it can be a lot of fried dough and sugar for one person. Everything that came out looked delicious. We will definitely be back and try the benedict and a scramble.

Delicious food with great service. We both ordered the Eggs Benedict. I had the Nova Scotia variant with smoked salmon and fresh fruit on the side. Everything was wonderful and our waitress was on top of refills and made sure we had everything we needed.

If you want a real Southern breakfast experience, with great service, then this is the place to go! It's not huge so it can get busy at weekends, prepare to queue. But it's worth it! The menu is massive, with everything you could think of ordering, plus lots of unusual dishes (check out the fried chicken waffles). The portion size is huge, and the food was delicious. Add unlimited coffee top ups, fresh juice, mimosas, and hot sauces, and you have one fab cafe.
