Erik's DeliCafe - Los Gatos

First of all, I just want to say that I absolutely love this restaurant! I visited today and unfortunately they were experiencing some internet issues, which was a little frustrating for me.

Today I went to order a sandwich. I told the lady behind the counter that I would like a Dutch Crunch Roll with Hot Pastrami sandwich with everything on it.

Yuck! There is mold in the bread at this restaurant! The owner, Ambika, did not apologize or follow up on my request for a refund. It was a terrible experience and I was extremely disappointed with how it was handled.
