Tumby’s Pizza - Los Angeles

First I would like to give -0 stars of negative power to VERY POOR KUSTOMER SERVICE! I have placed an order online, and as delivered, there are missing toppings. I called and spoke to Hansy Hernandez. He said no manager was in service and he couldn't do anything since I had eaten a piece of pizza before I realized. There is always something to do to satisfy a customer. No! I paid for things I didn't get that it should have been a refund for the item I didn't get. I'm not going to RECOMMEND!!!

The first time I ordered pizza from here, it was great. This is the third time I ordered, and the pizza tasted and also didn't have enough toppings. Food: 1/5

These guys are great. It was my first time here and they were so nice. 10/10 would and will come back. I accidentally got an additional fee and one of the pizzas lasted a little long since they were busy so that they refunded the fee and gave me a free cookie. And one of the pizzas had a mistake that was probably my own fault and made them new for me! Pizza and cookies were delicious and a hit for our party of 8. Honestly, their service is the reason why Tumby's will be my way to the middle of the city. If I could.

I have loved this place for over a decade. No matter if you are balling on a budget or just want to feed your craving for a quality pizza; Tumby's is my go to. I typically enjoy my guilty pleasure of the 3 topping pizza, hot wings, and garlic bread which never get old for me. The staff was also very helpful when my order went to the wrong shop. Great customer service
