I was at the Sylmar, CA location. I just wanted to mention the excellent customer service that Karina the Employee also thank you!.... to her Manager Karina for having a great team. Everything is clean and organize at the store. Keep up the excellent work

YooooooJust thought I'd shed some light on this location. The habit never fails me. Always fresh and always good service. I got the double char with cheese and fries. Well done! Plenty of seating and it's very clean. Parking is terrible. Well, because it's dtla. They also have self serve kiosks of you don't want to wait online. Anyways, my burger was delicious! Fries were fresh and crisp. No complaints here. Keep up the good work guys. If I'm in the area and I'm craving a burger, I'll definitely come back.

I enjoyed my lettuce wrapped grilled chicken was delicious. I just wish it had pickles.
