Pearl's Finest Teas - Los Angeles

Was closed for a break in the middle of the day. Need to update hours. 25 minute wait for boba.EDIT: Came back later in the week. Store had adjusted hours via cardboard on door closed earlier that stated time. Will not be returning.

Great service and quick too. Got a Matcha and Taro milk tea both with boba and REALLY good. I think this was the first time I stopped and thought about how good the boba pearls tasted. Coming here as much as I can .Service: 5/5

I came here before, very delicious matcha slush. A tad too much sugar. Couldn't finish my drink, but overall not bad. I came again for my second time, said it was closed till 4:05. Waited around, 4:10, lady looks at me for the second time and doesn't open the door. So I left.

I came in at a pretty off hour (4pm ish on a Thursday) and it was completely empty. However, the woman working was SO kind and has such high energy!! She was really patient with me asking about the caffeine levels in the different teas and if there were any caffeine free options. I ended up getting the orange yuzu (which I wasn't expecting to be blue at all, it was a great surprise) with honey boba pearls. The tea was SO refreshing and tasty! I came with my partner and he got the oolong milk tea with honeydew flavor (no sugar based on employee recommendation) and the honey boba. It was also DELICIOUS but way more decadent than my iced tea. I do wish I got the aloe or lychee jelly but I'll have to come back and try another time.

Terrible customer service experience, we came in around 6:30 pm, and tried to get in then realized they were not open due to some system issue, the guy inside was so rude and almost yelled at us saying they are closed. What a bummer for closing earlier without adequate notice online, which merchant can certainly post special hours for a day on yelp page, so people wouldn't bother to come, and it's even worse for yelling at people try to do business with them.
