Justin De Leon, acclaimed photographer, wanted to try something else. In addition to his photographic skills, he has 25 years of experience in pizza production. Why not combine visual images and pizza? On 28 July 2012, the ingredients of the experience have paid out with the opening of the Apollonia Pizzeria. The interior is a visual experience along with a show of pizza potting for the perfect pizza chest. This is pizza where you take your time to enjoy the aromas of yeasty dough and let your taste experience buds aromas of really crafty pizza. Justin's wife Linda is the perfect host and always talks to the guests and ensures that they enjoy every minute of their pizzeria experience. They use locally grown ingredients from the local community farmers' markets, neighborhood bakeries and local meat retailers.
