El Compadre Echo Park - Los Angeles

We came here for my sons bday. The staff was really nice and kept coming to our table for anything we needed. The only problem we encounter was that they took forever bringing my husband plate, we were almost done eating by then. I will definitely come back for service and great tasting food!:

We had a reservation for 7:45pm and did not get seated untul 9:15pm. Then we did not get our food until 10:40pm. They were very busy but it became ridiculous. The food was nice but the wait time was insane considering we had a reservation.

The food was very good. The service was great considering it was very busy before the Dodger game. Our first time at El Compadre and we will go back.

I had a reservation and they sat me in the bar section . It felt as though they forgot about me and my group. Food took like 30-40 minutes. We were the only table there. We specially chose this place for the music and food because we were celebrating a birthday. We told the server and then just got a ice cream with a candle handed to us and he left. No a good experience
