Chili's Grill - Longview

It was just okay this time. In the area where we were seated there were flies on the wall. My chicken bacon ranch quesodillias were good, but my husband's burger was pure trash; everything was stopped on the burger. He didn't want anything else and theyrefunded that. They kept getting everyone's orders wrong and bringing the wrong food to the wrong tables so I don't know whatwas up with that. Our server was good; that was a plus.

There was no host there to seat us, so we just found a clean empty booth and sat down. Eventually a waiter came to take our order. Then another waiter brought us our food and asked us what we were drinking so she could refill our drinks; since ourglasses were empty. Finally after we were done eating we had to wait another 30 minutes for the bill. I had to tell anotherwaiter to go to the back and see what was going on. The other waiter told me that they had given our bill to the wrong table,and that they thought we had paid already. I have eaten at a lot of Chili?s restaurants and this one is by far the worst.

Waiting lasted forever, they seemed underused, it was hard to get refills and they all crowded into a small part of the restaurant. I doubt I'll be back soon. The only record that was noticeable in our group was Steak and Fajitas. Each chicken piece was seasoned with lime and coriander/cylinder and had a marinade that was terribly bitter.

We just wanted to eat at Chili. Forward because we had a bigger party, it was said that we would wait 30 minutes. We arrived about 2 minutes later and said we were waiting for a 1/2 hour. We looked around and half the restaurant was empty tables, very confused, but we went and went elsewhere, probably not back.

We love this chilis! Much better than our locals. All staff are friendly and the waiters we have always got are great, they always make sure that our drinks are filled and food is right. Food is always fresh and as we have ordered it.
