Arby's - Longview

Regular Arby's, good food great service, but no potato cakes, had crinkle fries, clean place, we will be back.

I went through the drive through and order a sandwich and an Iced Tea . I received my Iced tea that basically had no ice in it. I asked for Ice and the worker said she put 1/2 a scoop of ice in it. I said it needed more. Her response to me was I 'll remember that she then smiled and walked away. I got my sandwich and take the lid off my ice tea. All the ice is gone at that point. For me I like the food, but if they can 't even accommodate when someone asks for ice in their drink, it 's not a place I would recommend.
