Alfa Restaurants Regd - Longueuil

I came for the poutine. Many people rave about it on Reddit. I was a little disappointed. The sauce was too watery to my liking. The portion size is great. Lots of cheeze. Fries felt average to me.

This restaurant specializes in subs, however, I found the smoked meat to be very greasy and not of the highest quality. The flavors are decent, but there is room for improvement in the quality of the meat. The restaurant has an outdated appearance and is not very inviting. Additionally, be aware that they do not accept cards, only cash.

During my brief visit to Montreal, my first time in Canada, I was eager to try Poutine and stumbled upon this restaurant away from the tourist area. Despite not speaking French, the woman working behind the counter was friendly and switched to English to help me, for which I was grateful. The regular Poutine was delicious and the small portion was quite filling. Thank you, Alfa, for giving me a tasty first experience with Poutine!

One of the best poutine! The size and prices are reasonable. 10$ for a regular and 15$ for large.Their sauce is what makes the poutine great. It's cash only but they have an atm.

I have been going there since I was 8 years old , the food never change! Taste is great ! The staff is wonderful! The food is consistent and delicious! I live in montreal and for me it's the best place to get a poutine! My daughter loves going the grab a cheeseburger and thier fries are amazing!
