Everest - Longmont

I ordered through a delivery service and it was prompt. However, the food was very disappointing. The lentil soup had no flavor although the aroma is amazing and makes one hopeful for the nonexistent flavor. The chutney on the Aloo aur Papri Chat was way too spicy and overpowering- no sweetness or tanginess to be found! I also would not recommend this dish for delivery as the wafer was soggy upon arrival- maybe packaging the wafer separate from the toppings would help. The chicken korma was very bland and we had to add some spices of our own to it in order to enjoy the meal.Overall a very disappointing experience.

Understated and completely wonderful. The food was AMAZING, and the waitress was friendly and prompt. We were looking for something new and decided to give Everest a try. Upon walking in we thought, “this is either going to be delicious or awful.” This hit it out of the park. A strip mall gem. *saag all day

This place is Ok, but not great.The butter chicken is so so. Too sweet. The lamb tandoori (but under a different name) is ok, but nothing special.The naan, usually one of my favorite things, was hard. Possibly because it was yesterday’s naan? Tasted fine,just not as soft as I’m used to.The vegetable samosa was very good.The service was good, they were friendly and polite.But I would not go back.

Always on the lookout for tasty Tikka Masala. Was definitely not disappointed. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. All food was served super fast and was delicious. I'd go back if I lived closer. ?

Small spot but the food is amazing. The service has always been speedy and kind and the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and helped me with my selection. Will be visiting many many
