Took a while to order our drinks once we ordered they brought my daughter the wrong soda, it took longer to get the correct one I had to remind them. Once we got our appetizers I asked 3 different servers for ranch and it never came. Ordered food and that was taking so long we canceled our order. Talked to a manger he seemed not to care, i paid for my drinks and left.
There been many times where I go I have to wait 30 min- 1hr. They never hand out the food together, or its either cold… I think they need to be more organized. Definitely 0/0.
Slow service but they force you to sign up for the app to pay. I understand that cuts costs but there wasn't any opt out option. This company has become a predator and leaned into systems that hurt the guest
Ordered pickup and they forgot the carrots. The wings were cold when I got home too and I love 5 min away.
Update: service has been great my last 2 visits. Food is still hit or miss but better than my first time posting a review. Overall, the low atmosphere rating is for the absolutely DISGUSTING SMELL in the place. Every single time it smells like death and grossness and like no amount of cleaning will help. Place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Smells worse than any dive bar I've been in across the world (thousands).
