Steinway Coffee Shop - Long Island City

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!! We work at a dealership locally and ordered breakfast from here this morning and we found a lovely little surprise in our food. a COCKROACH! STAY AWAY from this place you guys, there is NO excuse why a nasty buglike that should be in the food! That honestly shows this place is dirty and GROSS. Clearly the food was being eaten so itsconsidered CONTAMINATED AT THAT POINT. IM SO FURIOUS AT HOW DISGUSTING THIS WAS. Attaching the photos of the situation we dealtwith, literally puked just looking at it and its very sickening. You guys need to do a deep cleaning or STOP serving foodPERIOD!!!! GROSS AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE!

Pancakes were good. Bad quality fruit. Very odd that they put strawberries in the pancake… I ate around them and the bananas they gave

Kind friendly service. Great coffee with steamed milk. No pretense here. Super tiny place...same people for years
