A hidden gem! If you want authentic delicious Indian cuisine, you must come to this place. I recommend her chicken curry and chicken tandoori
Omg! if you haven't found this jewel of belmont heights, you have to be here. Whether you're from portland, maine. my wife and I ate there a few months ago and we had both curry dishes. excellent and shameful to me, that I don't put a review at that time. we went back tonight and she went back with curry (chicken tikka masala). as good as the first time. I ordered the chicken seah kebab. and I thought I had died and went to heaven. my wife tried it and she looked at me as if her taste buds would explode with luck! the best part was when I went to tell the owner how much we loved eating. he smiled, bent, said thank you and behaved as if it were the first compliment he had ever received. so beautiful. If they like Indian food, they have to try. soon. enjoy!
Flaming curry is absolutely divine! as one of the top 10% of food valuers. I can honestly say that this has been one of my absolutely favorite places to eat this year. eating is amazing, very savory and hearty along with a full of amazingly spicy and taste, they can really say that this place sets allot the love in their kitchen. I went 4 times with my fiancée and once with me and I said to my fiancé that without her I had the black pepper chicken curry without her and she was visibly annoyed because I didn't get her.
Be it a trip to Long Beach or you are traveling to/via LA, this is a recommended stop for your indian food cravings, that too 100% Punjabi taste and wide variety in menu. I must specially mention, the freshly cooked breads were out of the box amazing. Tandoori Roti and Naan) . Rotis were very very good and perfectly made ! We were in search of Indian food around 3.30 pm and found out most of all Artesia restaurants were closed. We decided to try this out. To our grand surprise, this restaurant turned out to be best of all in terms of Proper Indian Punjabi style food. We tried dal makhni and malai kofta, both were amazing. You can find very good curries everywhere, but it is very hard to find very good authentic Breads rotis. Mango lassi is must try. Give a try to their kulfi as well. They had enough vegetarian options for us. Would definitely visit again.
