Cold Stone Creamery - Lone Tree

Waited in line 20 minutes ...Ice cream was tasteless and not creamy.,.mix in containers were gross and not clean ....atmosphere was blah a couple of tables...front steps outside are dangerous! (Double) way overpriced for product sold....will go elsewhere .. disappointed

After having a not so great experience at a different Cold Stone location (Northfield), it reminded me I should also be leaving a good review for a good experience we had at this location. We went here a couple of weeks ago in the evening and the two young men working there were very helpful, and welcoming. The location looked clean as well. It’s a little out of our way, but good to know we will have a good experience here when we’re in the area!

Never seen anything like it. Long line here- but Employees stand around chatting with each other doing nothing while one poor employee does all the work and waits on the customers, one by one. The three standing behind them literally stander with their scoops and towels and chat with each other. I don’t look up, not wanting to make eye contact with all the customers. You’re wasting your money, paying several employees and actually doing anything. When I nicely asked if the others waiting behind, might be willing to take the next customer, they were snarky and rude. While the ice cream is good, and I’ve always liked cold stone, I will not be returning.
